Service operator
ResumeNivo is an online resume-building and ATS-analysis service operated by Arun Jose, an individual trading under the ResumeNivo brand from Kerala, India.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Arun Jose, the individual operator of ResumeNivo.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using ResumeNivo, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live.
2. Accounts and Google authentication
Accounts use Google authentication. Unless authorized otherwise, each customer may maintain one account. You are responsible for accurate account information, your sign-in security, and activity under your account.
3. Service description
ResumeNivo provides resume-building, template, import, export, ATS analysis, and recommendation tools. Available features may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
4. Your content and truthfulness
You retain ownership of content you submit and give ResumeNivo limited permission to host, copy, process, format, and display it as needed to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to submit it and must ensure resume claims are truthful and supportable.
5. AI and ATS limitations
ATS scores and AI suggestions are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Employers and ATS providers use different methods. ResumeNivo does not guarantee an interview, employment, a particular score, or employer acceptance. Review every suggestion and never include fabricated or unverifiable claims.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully or fraudulently; violate another person’s rights; upload malware or content you cannot use; disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls except where law permits; create accounts through unauthorized automation; or impersonate another person.
7. Intellectual property
ResumeNivo’s software, design, templates, branding, and related materials belong to ResumeNivo or its licensors. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Credits and payments
Credits are a limited contractual right to use eligible ResumeNivo functionality. They are not currency, stored monetary value, a bank deposit, a security, or a general-purpose wallet. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn for cash.
Purchased credits are added only after Paddle confirms payment and do not expire under the current ledger implementation. They are generally non-refundable after delivery, subject to our Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, and mandatory law.
Promotional credits may have an expiration date and may expire unused. The expiration date displayed in the customer account controls each grant. Credits are consumed from lots with the nearest expiration first; non-expiring lots are consumed in creation order.
Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts, applicable taxes, and approved refunds.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict access to address fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unlawful use, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to users or the platform.
10. Availability and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ResumeNivo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update the service or these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice.
